Administration / Hotel All-Rounder (School Hours)

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Administration / Hotel All-Rounder to join our team in Wangaratta on a part-time basis minimum 25 to 35 hours
This is a hands-on, varied role that combines administration duties with support across gaming, bistro, and functions as required. You'll be an important part of our daily operations and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones and responding to emails
* Managing bookings, reservations, and functions.
* Front desk and customer service
* Assisting in the gaming room, bistro, and functions/events when required
* General administration and hotel support duties
About You:
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident with computers and basic admin systems
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Previous hospitality and/or administration experience
Licences & Requirements (Essential):
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG/RSG)
* Ability to work across multiple areas of the hotel
Hours:
* Part-time
* School hours (generally between 8.00 am–3pm)
* Weekdays, with some flexibility as required
