Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead contract and supplier management activities.
Duties Include:
* Building and maintaining stakeholder and supplier relationships
* Overseeing contract close-out extensions and renewals
* Providing expert support and review for contract management
* Managing supplier contracts and purchase orders in SAP per finance policy
* Maintaining contractor timesheet access and end-of-month processing
* Coordinating security asset logistics and maintenance
* Ensuring timely and accurate equipment records in the database
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in drafting comprehensive procurement documentation including approvals, evaluation reports, and commitments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in contract management with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in SAP GUI with expertise in entering purchase orders and contracts and generating reports
