We value diversity and are evolving to meet changing needs.Role OverviewAs a Contracts Manager, you will lead the commercial aspects of our large-scale, complex capital works programs, ensuring successful delivery and value for money. You will collaborate with senior commercial managers and serve as the primary contact for all commercial matters within your portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage commercial agreements balancing value, timeliness, risk, and efficiency.Oversee contract management activities, including variations, administration, and dispute resolution.Manage stakeholder relationships and report on project progress.Draft and approve Contract Management Plans, including meeting schedules.Identify and escalate risks and issues in the project’s Risk Register.Candidate ProfileIdeal candidates will have extensive experience in contract and commercial management within high-value infrastructure projects, a strong understanding of construction law, and leadership skills.
