This role is expected to lead Human Resource Operations at Orion Care.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will lead the HR function and drive people system optimisation, including MYP and staff engagement, and be integral in developing workforce capability across the organisation.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys change and can bring structure, industrial knowledge, and leadership across our Human Resource functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR team to support the organisation through industrial relations, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and people strategy.
Coach, develop, and lead direct reports to ensure consistent, quality HR service delivery.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and industrial matters.
Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance.
Strengthen HR processes and policies to ensure compliance is met.
Ensure compliance with quality/WHS, employment law, industrial instruments, and internal policies, proactively mitigating HR risk.
About You
Degree or Post Graduation qualifications in Human Resource Management or Employment Relations.
Experience as a HR Manager or Senior Business Partner (generalist) who is seeking a role that allows you to grow whilst maintaining hands‐on experience.
Sound ER and IR experience in end-to-end workplace investigations.
Use data, and analytics to adapt processes, improve HR reporting across the organisation.
