The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Officer to support day‐to‐day operations at our Ballarat site. This is a hands‐on, on‐site role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, help keep things running smoothly, and be a valued part of a collaborative team.

You'll suit this role if you bring a positive attitude, enjoy supporting others, and are willing to pitch in wherever needed. If you're organised, committed, and keen to learn, this is a great opportunity to build your administration experience in a supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

* Providing day‐to‐day administrative support to internal teams
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with general administrative tasks
* Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records and systems
* Supporting daily site operations and working closely with internal stakeholders
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and team‐focused workplace

You're organised, dependable, and enjoy being part of a team. You bring a "can‐do" attitude to your work, take pride in doing things properly, and are happy to learn new tasks. You enjoy working on site, supporting others, and being part of a workplace where teamwork really matters.

What You'll Bring

* Previous experience in an administrative or office‐based role, with exposure to raising purchase orders or invoicing viewed favourably
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine focus on teamwork
* Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop
