Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our team is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, and we're looking for someone to join us on this exciting journey.

You will be our business partner and first point of contact for talent acquisition requirements across a set client group.

You will partner with hiring managers to formulate and deliver a national or international recruitment strategy to meet recruitment needs and attract the best talent.

You will own talent marketing and branding initiatives for the APAC region, driving content creation and working with marketing to develop and deliver branding strategies.

You will own active talent pool initiatives to keep top talent engaged.

You will work to improve existing recruitment processes across APAC, developing new and innovative strategies for sourcing future talent.

We're looking for a highly motivated recruitment professional with experience recruiting across various white-collar verticals.

We value strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience with leveraging existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts would be advantageous.
