**Role**:
As a key member of the Protective Services Operations Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of service delivery at client sites.
Your primary functions will include;
- ROSTERING - use your organisational skills to roster security personnel across various client sites
- Communicate rosters to security personnel
- Data entry of rosters and other information into a purpose build rostering system
- Back-fill cancelled shifts
- Communicate rosters to internal and external stakeholders such as management and clients
- Compliance - checking that rostered personnel meet compliance requirements
- Provide great customer service via telephone or virtually, showing off your great communication skills and outgoing personality
