About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining premium inventory levels. The successful candidate will be based on-site at our Corporate Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales staff with daily duties, promoting a smooth and efficient sales environment.
* Maintain accurate records of guest flow, booking numbers, and team details.
* Ensure compliance with cash handling and transactions.
* Partner with the Senior Sales Support Team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
* High level of energy and self-motivation.
* Strong customer service values and focus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well in a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems.
* Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
