We are experiencing rapid growth and currently have an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate II or III level to join our team. As a CRA, you will play a crucial role in the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical studies from start-up through to close-out. You will work across a variety of protocols, sites, and therapeutic areas, ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical research data. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & MonitoringStudy Progress & DocumentationSite Feasibility & Investigator RecruitmentSafety ReportingCollaboration & Team Support The ideal, minimum Degree qualified candidate will have the following: Minimum of at least 2-3 years of independent on-site monitoring and site management experience.Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and SAE reporting.Ability to work effectively within a project team and a matrix environment.Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory guidelines.Strong verbal and written communication skills & the ability to work independently, self-manage, and proactively identify and resolve issues.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.Must be willing to travel interstate for study site visits.Valid Driver’s License is required.
