General Manager – Regional Sheds & Structures
Buffalo Built is seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on General Manager to oversee all day-to-day business operations of four branches, while also shaping strategic growth across sales, marketing, project delivery, people leadership, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. This newly formed role will report to the ownership group and require regular travel to branches.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all Buffalo Built operations in line with strategic objectives.
* Drive sales growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and performance management.
* Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and team collaboration.
* Monitor financial performance and report regularly to the Ownership Group.
About You
* Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
* Organised and proactive, with a focus on quality and timelines.
* Well-developed business acumen with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
* Comfortable being hands-on—willing to step in, support the team, and lead by example when needed.
* Experience in Construction, Sales, and/or Branch model business would be an advantage.
