About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Colour Consultant/Interior Designer with a creative spark to join our Selection Showroom team located at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast.
In this role you will assist clients with specifications to complete the interior and exterior selections of their newly constructed home. This position is full time Monday - Friday (with the occasional Saturday required) and requires strong administrative and customer service skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Work with clients to determine colour selections for their new home
* Assist in maintaining the high standards of the Selection Showroom
* Complete administrative requirements associated with our colour selection process
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of Coral Homes products, services and processes to deal confidently with customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Flexibility in working occasional Saturday’s
Skills & Experience
* Experience with a residential project builder or supplier (preferred but not essential)
* Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decorating (or equivalent), or currently studying
* Dynamic professionalism with excellent presentation
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with our clients and to identify solutions
* A team player who can work unsupervised
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills/ ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems – experience in Framework preferred
