Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyse transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes including development sites, retail, and office on the Gold Coast.
- Databasing – identifying buyers and vendors for various asset types.
- Provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties, and assist in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
- Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews, and managing related campaign enquiries.
- Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.
- Attend client meetings and property inspections as required, often alongside the Director in Charge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
- Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of the Gold Coast commercial property market and current trends.
