Concrete Crew Position – Entry Level & Skilled Labourers (Moreton Bay)
We're looking for entry level and skilled labourers to join our concrete crew working on local projects in Moreton Bay including subdivisions, council projects, roadworks and infrastructure. You will work on a variety of concreting tasks such as footpaths, driveways, storm water pits, linkups, kerbs and custom formwork and steel. In small crews, on‐the‐job training will be provided, including opportunities to gain tickets and a pathway to upskill and progress into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
* Perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
* Adhere to safety and quality standards in all aspects of concreting work.
* Assist in preparing and laying concrete mixtures, formwork and rebar as required.
* Work with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
* Willingly perform manual handling duties and have a manual handling capacity.
* Hold a current driver licence with reliable transport.
* Hold a current white card.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
