The role
We're looking for an energetic, engaging and proactive HR Advisor to join our People Team.
This isn't your standard HR Generalist role, your timewill be spent managing Employee Relations cases. If you love rolling upyour sleeves working directly with leaders and employees, and navigating thefull case management cycle (probation, performance, grievances, investigations,Fair Work matters), you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
* Managecomplex cases end-to-end with fairness and confidence
* Coach andsupport leaders through tough conversations
* Interpretawards, agreements and legislation
* Spot risksearly, resolve issues quickly and keep things moving
The team around you
You'll reportto the HR Lead and work in a close-knit People Team that includes IR specialist,HR Advisors, a HR Coordinator and colleagues in recruitment. We're a smallsupportive group that shares knowledge and partnersclosely with leaders across Avivo.
What we're looking for
* Solid ER case managementexperience, end-to-end (with formal HR qualifications)
* Clear, confident communicatorwho builds trust quickly
* Highly organized and resilientin a busy environment
You don't need industryspecific knowledge, what matters is your case management expertise, yourability to connect with people and your drive to get outcomes.
