* Coordinate logistics, administration and scheduling to ensure all activities are well organised, culturally informed and aligned with project timelines.
* Provide consistent administrative and coordination support to consultants, contractors and trainers throughout program delivery.
* Develop detailed activity schedules and manage communication between art centres, consultants and partner organisations to ensure smooth delivery.
* Prepare comprehensive risk assessments and manage project documentation, including images, video and written materials, for reporting and evaluation.
* Design and implement evaluation frameworks, collecting and analysing feedback to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
* Maintain organised archives of project materials and assist with grant acquittals and stakeholder reporting.
* Ensure all reporting, compliance and contractual obligations are met, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to the CEO or Projects Manager.
