This role requires a skilled Sales Administrator to provide administrative support and manage workload efficiently.
* Support multiple sales consultants with comprehensive administrative services.
* Prioritise competing deadlines, manage workload overflow, and ensure task completion.
* Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy.
* Maintain and update CRM database, ensuring data integrity and precision.
* Provide CRM training and ongoing support for the team.
* Coordinate property marketing, including brochures, signage, and online listings, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects that improve office efficiency and client experience.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience in real estate sales administration.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and real estate CRM systems.
* Experience processing Form 1s and contracts accurately.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Certificate IV in Property (or working towards it) highly regarded.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to supporting a high-performing team.
