Due to continued growth within our organization, Brightwater is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our caring team! Become a vital team member that ensures the timely delivery of IT support throughout our wider business, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.
Ker responsibilities
- Providing IT support to users and solving non-complex problems
- Responding to enquiries from various sources to in a customer-focused manner to ensure that the customer issue/ request is resolved in a timely manner
- Supporting the set-up activities of computers, printers, multifunction devices, smartphones, tablets and other IT systems using documented patters and procedures
- Creating and maintaining support documentation using approved templates to assist others in restoring services

To be successful in this role, you will have
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related fields (highly desirable)
- Experience working on a Service Desk within an organization of a similar size and complexity
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Working understanding of IT service management principles and practices
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
You will also need:
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
- A valid drivers licence as defined by the Department of Transport WA (DoT)
