We are seeking a Full-Time Accounts Assistant to join our Canberra team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting financial operations in a busy legal services environment.
Salary is commensurate with experience and is exclusive of superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and distribute daily practice overview reports
* Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems
* Perform weekly bank reconciliations
* Manage and update spreadsheets for various purposes
* Assist with accounts payable processing, including credit card reconciliations
* Provide support for payroll processing
* Work as a team to ensure smooth financial workflow

About You
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong proficiency with Excel and data entry
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with accounts payable and payroll systems will be highly regarded
