Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in-person and over the phone, offering personalized sales assistance.
* Answer incoming phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
* Utilize the Xero system to manage sales transactions and inventory records.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in sales, ideally in a retail or high-end product setting.
* Confidence and skill in both face-to-face and phone-based sales.
* Proficiency with Xero (or similar inventory/sales systems).
* Strong organizational skills for managing stock and ensuring availability.
