Full Time | OngoingLead the delivery of end-to-end HR operations while contributing to the School's people strategy and Strategic PlanManage full recruitment, selection, contracting and onboarding processes for all staff, contractors and volunteersCoordinate staff performance review and appraisal processes across the School, including middle and senior leadership rolesSupport staff wellbeing, grievance management and workplace resolutions processes in a confidential and proactive mannerOversee WorkCover, return-to-work processes and liaison with payroll and external insurersThe Successful Candidate WillHold relevant HR qualifications and substantial experience across contemporary human resource managementDemonstrate strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and (ideally) the Victorian Catholic Education employment frameworkExhibit excellent judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex HR mattersOperate effectively in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.What Sacré Coeur Offers
