About the role:

We're looking for an Administration Officer who's equal parts organised and awesome to keep our project management system humming. This is a process-focused role—no surveying, no design—just clean, efficient admin that keeps the wheels turning.
What you'll do:
* Be the wizard behind the curtain: update project stages, upload docs, and keep our system in line.
* Schedule inspections, send client updates, and make sure the right people have the right info at the right time.
* Whip our correspondence into shape (templates, checklists, tidy inboxes).
* Work closely with our surveyors so projects flow smoothly from A to Z.
* Spot ways to improve how we do things (and actually get listened to).
What we're looking for:
* Proven admin experience (bonus points if you've worked in construction or professional services).
* Accuracy and attention to detail that borders on obsessive.
* Clear communicator who's comfortable on email and phone.
* Certificate III in Business is preferred (but not a dealbreaker).
* Someone who brings a bit of personality to the desk—yes, we like to laugh while we work.
