ABOUT THE ROLE
As Visual Merchandising Manager and reporting into the Visual Merchandising Operations Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end management of Revlon planogram updates and temporary merchandising initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, suppliers, and retail partners to deliver high-impact visual merchandising solutions that align with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
This is a high-impact role with scope for progression and the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognized beauty brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage planogram updates and temporary merchandising projects across pharmacy and department store channels
· Brief design teams, review prototypes, and approve artwork to ensure brand alignment
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget
· Drive process improvements and provide strategic recommendations for merchandising effectiveness
· Act as a key liaison for merchandising to the field team, ensuring seamless execution
ABOUT YOU
Technical Skills & Experience
· years' experience in project management and merchandising
· Bachelor's degree in a related field
· Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
· Excellent eye for detail and problem-solving ability
· Understanding of FMCG, cosmetics, or retail environment preferred
