About the role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join us at our Ballarat Store
Are you adaptable, intuitive, passionate about helping others?
This role is self-driven, able to make their own decisions and is not scared of a deadline.
Some of your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Staff rostering (casuals as required)
- Stock and Inventory Management
- Reporting
- Exceptional Customer Service to all
- Can handle tough situations, and smile all the way through them;
- Understanding the importance of training, empowering and coaching your team;
- Experience in product-based retail workplace

Skills and experience
- 1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- General knowledge and experience of computers and Microsoft products
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues
- Able to use a fluent and professional dialogue with clients and staffs.

**Salary**: $57,130.00 - $60,000.00 per year
