We're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients' technology runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when needed. You'll also assist with system builds, installations, and routine maintenance, as well as monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to calls and queries with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
* Record and allocate service requests, ensuring that technicians are scheduled effectively.
* Diagnose and resolve entry-level technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
* Provide support for desktop systems, software applications, and cloud platforms.
* Assist with system builds, installations, and routine maintenance.
* Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to keep networks running smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in IT or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years' experience in IT support or network operations.
* Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly.
* Familiarity with hardware, software, and cloud environments.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
* Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
