We provide a range of care support, including social outings, transport and assistance to attend appointments and shopping. As well as in home care, which includes domestic assistance, personal care and respite. Our staff provide compassionate support to older community members from diverse backgrounds, including those who may feel socially isolated.

The Role:
The Client Care Services Team coordinates the delivery of in-home services to our aged care clients. These services are provided with care, respect and ongoing support through our dedicated support workers.
Our area of service is led by three coordinators, managing the areas of Bonalbo, Kyogle, Casino, Lismore, Ballina and Maclean.
Working in collaboration with the Client Care Services staff you will:
* Schedule and manage staff rosters across all service delivery areas.
* Match and adjust rosters to meet changing client needs.
* Be the primary point of contact for staff regarding roster changes.
* Manage data entry of staff timesheets.
* Liaise closely with support workers creating rosters to ensure clients remain supported, connected and able to live independently at home
We will provide training on our databases, phone techniques and effective communication skills. You will be guided by our policies and procedures and supported through well-paced, inclusive training.
You will be included in the coordinator team meetings which provide updates on best practices and client-related information.
