Our client, a key employer in Geelong, is seeking a skilled and experienced new team member on a Temporary basis.

This is an immediate role for a period of up to 12 months. Hybrid 2 days per week in Geelong Office.
About the role
The Senior Project Manager will work collaboratively across the business with a range of executive and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in support of the organisations Strategy. The role is accountable for ensuring projects adhere to time, cost and quality requirements and for providing high quality strategic advice and reporting often in connection with technically challenging issues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management expertise to the development and implementation of multiple projects within a program of work and/or projects of a complex nature. This includes the successful delivery of project outcomes that meet strategic business objectives using various methodologies such as waterfall, Agile and hybrid.
Key Information about the Role:
* Key Skill Requirements: Demonstrated success in leading HR business transformation projects, including multiple concurrent projects and those of a complex nature.
* Desirable Experience: Experience working in the insurance, health and disability or government sector is highly desirable.
