Core Responsibilities
* Provision of general clerical and administrative support to Care Partners
* Demonstrating excellent customer service by assisting visitors and clients by handling inquiries and providing information promptly
* Responding to client queries regarding accounts
* Maintain appointment calendar/s
* Data entry and production of required corporate, program and government reports
* Processing of accounts and payment of invoices through the Resthaven electronic payment software and AlayaCare
