About the role The Head of Integration position encompasses both strategic and operational aspects of integration, with primary responsibilities for the development and implementation of the integration technology roadmap and the day-to-day operational health, continuous evolution, and maintenance of integration platforms. You will oversee the quality of operations and services while ensuring governance, security, and adherence to architectural standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT integration strategies aligned with business goals. Effectively communicate these strategies and foster collaboration across internal and external IT teams. Oversee the seamless integration of university IT systems and data. Define, evolve, document, and govern integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices in collaboration with the Lead Architect. Lead and manage a team of integration developers and technical analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure the team delivers high-quality integration solutions, proactively exploiting new and innovative technologies and practices where appropriate to ensure University integration capabilities remain contemporary and current. Produce and oversee high-level and low-level design (HLD & LLD) for integration projects to ensure seamless data flow and robust security layers.
