About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing lease documentation, monitoring lease terms, and ensuring compliance with commercial agreements.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Notifying the business of new store openings and relocations
* Setting up new stores on Lease Eagle database
* Tracking leases and updating Lease Eagle Database
* Maintaining property databases and spreadsheets
* Reviewing handover reports with the Store Development Team
* Updating date changes upon approval from Landlords
* Assisting with lease negotiation and finalization as needed
* Coordinating storage license agreement execution
* Preparing quarterly cap email reminders for landlords
* Auditing storage units with Retail and Leasing teams
* Liaising with Operations team on shopfitter and landlord defects
* Ensuring timely payments according to agreement terms
* Arranging insurance certificates for new stores
* Providing support to Senior Leasing Administrator, Commercial Leasing Manager, and GM Property
Requirements
1. Strategic thinking with experience in implementing process improvements
2. Excellent time management skills
3. Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
4. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
