Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
* Project time management
* Budget, Risk and Contract management
* Quality and Design management
* Project Administration
* Management of stakeholders and external consultants and ensuring effect collaboration
* Ensuring compliance with procedures including WHS
* Contribute to brand development
* Preparation and submission of property development plans
* And more
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in property development or similar
* 5+ years’ experience managing the delivery of medium to large scale residential built form developments, from initiation to completion
* Knowledge of residential building approvals and construction processes
* Understanding of sustainable construction design principles
* Commercial acumen and strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Project and Aconex
* Full working rights
