* Job Description:
This role is essential in our organisation as the first point of contact with clients. The customer service representative will be responsible for front desk reception, meeting and greeting clients, inbound and outbound telephone calls, SMS, and emails, appointment setting, confirmations, client invoices, payment processing, general data entry, document scanning, liaising with suppliers and other external parties, preparing clinic and consultation rooms, and helping clients resolve issues with their hearing aids.
