**Job Overview:**
This technical specialist role involves managing and supporting desktop devices, including hardware and software incidents. The successful candidate will have experience in Windows 7 OS and be able to manage IMAC and desk-side support services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage desktop devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution.
* Support and optimize the configuration and installation of desktop devices.
* Analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify user training requirements and automation opportunities.
* Ensure each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image.
* Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all desktop devices.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge and experience on Windows 7 OS.
* Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, and related activities.
* Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a three-year college or technical school with an emphasis in electronics required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
**Work Environment:**
* Work as part of a team providing technical support to clients.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
