Due to personal circumstances our greatly valued financial administrator is leaving us soon. We now need a dynamic, smart, organized, business administrator and bookkeeper for Ramada Hervey Bay and other related businesses. Ramada is a major brand name hotel and resort. The applicant needs to be a mature, energetic, experienced, self-driven person with a 'self-start and a 'can-do' attitude.
Applicants must be experienced in all facets of bookkeeping plus ideally management bookkeeping and budgeting. Experience in hotel bookkeeping and trust accounting an advantage.
Our destination resort and leading corporate hotel in Hervey Bay has a number of new and exciting proposed programs to drive occupancy and rate so a new financial administrator needs to have vision as part of the executive team as well as ability to implement.
Key elements include organized and timely on all tasks and schedules and have a passion to ensure business and communications run smoothly. The position requires the ability to plan, implement, and carry through the prescribed steps of all aspects of hotel bookkeeping and financial administration.
