Integration Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead a 12 month organisational integration project in South Australia. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of social and affordable housing in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the integration of two community housing providers, focusing on operational planning, project oversight and delivery of a structured integration process. They will lead cross-organisational coordination, maintain governance frameworks and ensure transparency, accountability and clear communication throughout all stages of the integration.
This role requires high-level stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate complex environments with multiple internal and external partners. Experience in organisational mergers, acquisitions or large-scale change management will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the integration project and develop a comprehensive project plan
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address integration challenges
* Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders
* Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience in organisational integration, mergers and acquisitions or large-scale change management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* Experience working with not-for-profit organisations or community housing providers is desirable
