You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across a diverse and dynamic workforce. Job Description Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function for a large, multi-site workforce. Ensure accurate interpretation and application complex EBA's and Awards. Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, taxation, and superannuation obligations. Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to support workforce planning and reporting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems, processes, and reporting. Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence. Oversee audits, reconciliations, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Other ad hoc tasks (please enquire within for the formal PD) The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing payroll in a complex, high-volume environment Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, EBAs, and Awards. Demonstrated ability to lead system and process improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
