Renewable Energy Specialist
Make a meaningful contribution to the transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation. As a skilled professional in Asset Management, you will provide critical advice on Asset Integrity & Maintenance to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives.
The role involves working as an integral part of a high-performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity. You will be mentored by experienced professionals with a wealth of knowledge in asset types including pressure vessels, pipelines, piping, rotating equipment, and process machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Risk-Based Inspection Assessments for Enhanced Safety
* Anomaly Assessments and Analysis for Effective Decision Making
* Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling for Optimised Results
* Failure Investigations for Root Cause Identification
* Development of Comprehensive Maintenance and Asset Integrity Programmes
* Benchmarking and Auditing of Asset Integrity Management Systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering for a Strong Foundation
* Between 5- and 10-years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment for Practical Knowledge
* Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) interface such as SAP and workflow for Efficient Operations
* Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment for Compliance
* Knowledge of computerised integrity management software / databases for Data-Driven Insights
* Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts for Proactive Approach
* Ability to perform Fitness for Service (FFS) and Risk-Based Inspections (RBI) assessments for Critical Evaluation
