About the role: This is not your ordinary Management Accountant role. In this role, you’ll work closely with farm managers and operational teams, connecting financial performance with on-farm decision-making. You’ll play a key role in delivering insights that directly influence operational outcomes, investment performance and long-term value creation. In this role, you will: Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs Analyse performance against budget and forecast, providing clear, actionable insights Partner with farm managers to review results and facilitate monthly performance discussions Support internal and investor reporting requirements Assist with the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting Provide financial guidance to non-financial stakeholders Support scenario modelling and financial planning Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities Assist with financial controls, governance and tax compliance Support year-end processes including audit coordination Ensure financial records and reporting are maintained in accordance with relevant standards and policies. Support Finance team initiatives and projects, working collaboratively across teams to deliver value-add outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement across systems, reporting and data quality About you: You’re someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and wants to be part of something with real purpose. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: CA or CPA qualified (or working towards) 3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse financial data Experience with accounting systems (Xero preferred) Experience with Power BI or similar tools (advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders High attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset Why work for GO.FARM: We’re serious about building long-term careers in agriculture.
