Trust Account Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for daily receipting and issuing of trust receipts, bank reconciliations, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in administrative and operational activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Answer calls and manage correspondence with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
* Organize and maintain updated documents, both physical and digital, in a secure and compliant manner.
* Participate in projects and provide general support to the team, contributing to the success of our organization.
