Job Description:
This is a critical role within our company that requires a seasoned distribution manager to oversee and manage our network of distributors for crushing equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new distributors to expand market coverage. They will evaluate and manage distributor performance through regular reviews and business planning (sales targets, inventory levels, service capability, customer satisfaction).
Additionally, they will establish joint business plans with key distributors to drive growth and profitability. They will provide ongoing commercial and operational support to improve partner performance.
They will also develop and execute distribution sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives and support distributors in key account development, tendering, and project opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and relationship management skills, as well as an understanding of capital equipment sales cycles and project-based selling. They will be analytical and able to interpret sales and market data.
They must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution is essential for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum 5-10 years' experience in crushing equipment sales or distribution management.
* Preferred experience in static crushing equipment.
* Proven track record of building and managing successful distributor networks.
