Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead a talented team and drive excellence in a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend client design meetings and provide detailed structural design and documentation for a range of projects.
* Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, as well as preparing detailed project plans, including budgets, time forecasts, and resource planning.
* Mentor junior engineers, develop local structural design teams, enhance client relationships, build key stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
• Relevant qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering.• A minimum of 10 years' experience within an engineering consultancy.• Strong understanding of structures materials construction standards National Construction Code. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information complex nature both verbally writing stakeholders across disciplines colleagues clients.
