About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in a flagship environment - leading from the front across people, performance, and operations. This is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives in scale. You'll support building a strong team pipeline, driving commercial results, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint of the store. From visual merchandising to stock flow, team development to KPI delivery - you'll set the standard.
You'll also play a key role in succession planning, developing future leaders and building a bench of talent to support upcoming growth.
What You Need
* Proven experience leading large-format retail teams
* Strong background in people leadership, coaching, and succession planning
* Ability to build and develop high-performing team pipelines
* Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs (AOV, UPT, conversion, wages)
* Operationally strong across stock management, VM, and store standards
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Confident, energetic leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire

* Salary: $68,000-$70,000 + super
