What You'll Do
- Develop investment plans to support go-to-market expansion
- Build robust connections with regional teams for best practices and insights
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives
- Manage relationships to enhance client proposals and market development efforts
- Drive alignment across Avanade’s global functions and geographies
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Microsoft and ecosystem partners
- Lead and support strategy for the assigned Solution Area, ensuring consistency and scalability
Responsibilities
- Lead the packaging and scalability of solutions across all markets
- Build strong connections with regional teams
- Engage directly with clients, serve as an executive sponsor, and act as an external market representative
- Collaborate on Avanade’s market messaging and support functional collaboration and enablement
Skills And Experiences / Qualifications
- Proficiency in relevant technical domains and experience delivering complex client projects
- Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and marketing
- Ability to adapt GTM approaches to meet local and global market needs
- Skilled in managing relationships with offshore delivery teams and partners
- Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of SA and cross-SA
