About the role
If you are an experienced claims administrator who is looking tofurther develop skills in injury management and health and safety,this could be the role for you. We are self-insured, whichgives you the ability to have a hands on role in assisting injuredemployees with their recovery.
Reporting though to the Injury Manager, the injury/safetyadministrator will assist in the day to day activities of managingViterra’s workers compensation claims and early interventionas well as providing administrative support to our health andsafety advisor team.
Duties
* Provide administrative claims management support including:
o Processing payments of invoices in SAP
o Data entry in Injury Management system (SolvInjury)
o Liaising with supervisors/managers across multiple sites to assist injured employees
o Managing our Early Intervention program for employees
o Assisting the Injury Manager with claim related matters
* Preparing regional health and safety reports
* Preparing performance reports
* Assist advisor team with project work administration

About you
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point
* SAP experience will be highly regarded
* Experience in assisting employees in Return to Work
* Workers Compensation/Claims experience
* Ability to work independently
* Hold a current drivers licence with willingness to travel to sites (if required)
