Job Opportunity: Industrial Real Estate Broker / Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Real Estate Broker / Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong background in industrial property transactions
Excellent client management skills
The ability to navigate complex real estate regulations
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing brokerage services for industrial real estate investments, including sales and leasing
Assisting clients with asset disposition, acquisition, and land development advisory services
Managing end-to-end real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements
Conducting market research, property surveys, title investigations, and data analysis to prepare reports and presentations
Building and maintaining client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred in Real Estate, Business, or related fields)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in real estate brokerage, with a focus on industrial properties
Certifications: Additional certifications in property law or valuation are a plus
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); strong knowledge of real estate laws and market practices
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
Soft Skills: Business development, interpersonal communication, analytical thinking
