Corporate Receptionist Job Opportunity
This role is ideal for an organized and energetic individual who can provide administrative support to our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Proactively assist in the daily running of the office, including reception duties, mail/couriers, deliveries, picking up supplies and catering orders.
* Ensure all public areas of the office are presentable and tidy throughout the day, including kitchen area and meeting rooms.
* Assist in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and industry events.
* Assist with entering expenses and credit card reconciliation.
* Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e., fire extinguishers) and office vehicle maintenance.
* Assist project managers in drafting proposals and tenders, including compiling, reviewing, formatting and submission of documents.
* Assistance with deliverables, including MS Word formatting, collation of information, scanning and binding, data entry, and ad-hoc requests.
* Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and assisting with staff expense claims.
* General support to the Office Manager, other managers and technical support staff as required.
