We provide bespoke tax compliance and strategic consulting services, with a focus on individual and cross-border tax issues. Our collaboration extends to high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned enterprises, all of whom encounter complex global mobility and tax challenges.

What you’ll do:
- Work on complex individual tax compliance and consulting advice, with a specific international focus, including matters such as individual residency, foreign investments, foreign superannuation, and foreign companies/trusts;
- Provide advice on cross-border employment tax obligations pertaining to employees working remotely or on specific projects.
- Identify consulting and other opportunities through review of individual and family group tax returns and other client communications;
- Get involved in proposals and business development earlier in your career to help you build key market skills;
- Act as an integral part of developing and training more junior staff in client and technical focused areas.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven tax experience dealing with global mobility or individual income tax
- Ability to think critically and analyse information to provide creative solutions
- Strong interest in being able to advise high net worth clients, family groups, privately owned businesses and individuals with complex cross border issues
- Strong client and coaching skills, being able to build and maintain client and team member relationships
