Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity, working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical care, including wound management, immunisations, ear syringing, and assistance with minor procedures
* Support chronic disease management and coordinate preventative health plans
* Conduct diagnostic services (ECG, ABI, 24-hour BP monitoring, audiometry)
* Manage recalls and reminders, clinical data, and stock control
* Contribute to accreditation and ongoing quality improvement activities
Skills and Experience Required
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum two years' experience in general practice or primary health care nursing
* Strong understanding of Medicare and care plan processes
* Proficiency in clinical software (Best Practice experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-centred approach and commitment to continuous improvement
* Flexibility to assist with occasional additional shifts to cover leave
