Job Description Identify, secure, and maintain partnerships to further organisational goals Develop and implement strategic partnership plans Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with company objectives Manage all aspects of partner relationships, including contract negotiation, liaison, and issue resolution Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences Prepare and present reports on partnership performance Monitor market trends and competitor activities Work closely with the Sales team to leverage partnerships for revenue growth The Successful Applicant A successful Partnerships and Strategic Growths Officer An understanding of the healtchare/ medical sector Proven experience in partnership development or business development with a track record of success Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer A competitive salary package of around $90-$110k plus super, with potential to earn up to 175k OTE in bonuses if targets are met Opportunity to make a significant impact in the not-for-profit sector A collaborative and supportive work environment
