We are seeking a results-driven professional to expand our retail presence and develop strong relationships with key accounts.
* Strategic Account Management: Build in-depth knowledge of customer businesses to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
* Drive Sales Success: Lead sales planning and execution to meet and exceed goals in distribution, velocity, and market share.
* New Business Development: Present compelling new item and promotional pitches that align with both customer and brand strategies.
* Data-Driven Insights: Analyze syndicated and POS data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and inform your sales and category approach.
* Category Expertise: Apply category management principles to highlight assortment gaps and growth opportunities—positioning our brand and the category for success.
* Executional Excellence: Maintain accurate item setup and pricing, prepare customer-facing materials, manage reporting, and ensure alignment across internal systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
* 5-8 years of experience managing convenience store and other retail accounts in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
* Energy drink, energy shot or tobacco key account management experience preferred.
* Demonstrated success in account management, category management, and sales execution, with proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
