Key Responsibilities
* Providing individualized care and support to clients with disabilities
* Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
* Supporting clients during community access visits, including outings and social events
* Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management
Requirements
* A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
* Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others
